So sleep doesn’t feel like its anywhere near so I’m just going to drown my blood in caffeine and stare at this plastic screen til I become cross eyed and my mind becomes less than jello and the music in the background sounds like the people I miss and the sky becomes lighter and lighter as the sun begins to rise I’m not sure how this day will end since yesterday is still going I’m not sure where I’m going with this because it just sounds like one of my late night ramblings that I have with myself every once in awhile

I’m rereading a few of my favorite books in order to get back in the scheme of working on my book again. Cause its been awhile since I sat down at my desk, open up my lap top, and wrote in non five minute intervials.

So far I’ve read Paper Towns and Looking For Alaska. Next up on my list in no particular order is Be More Chill, Caught In The Act, Perks of Being A Wallflower, Fahrenheit 451and Dante’s Inferno.

I’m hoping that reading will help get rid of this lack of ambition to sit down and write.

And he was the glue
They love was an arts and craft project
That was missing a vital clue

I never understood why people get
All worked about the things
That are taught inside the classroom
They always ask
Why is the alphabet in math’
Why should I give a fuck
About the people that don’t live in the United States
What is the point of history Like none of this is going to teach me about
Taxes
Raising a family
Keeping a budget

I just want to grab these people by the shoulders
And Shake em
And slap som sense into em
And tell em
That there is more important things
Then the things taught in classrooms
Like the people you befriend
And the people you defriend
And everyone in between.

Life is a maze
You can turn to the left
And arrive at a wall
Forcing you to turn around
But you can turn to the right
And arrive at your destination
You are never giving a GPS system
Or Google maps
That can help you find your destination

The things you learn outside classrooms
Help shape who you are
They make you think
And make you wonder
But so does the things you will learn inside the classrooms
But they will help you decided on a career
Help you find your passion
Help you find that one thing
You will enjoy doing for the rest of your life

So sit up in your chair
And listen to your teach
Ramble on about the constitution
Cause who knows
You might want to become
A politician someday
